Procurement of Specialised Pharmaceutical Logistics

Tender description

NHS England is commissioning a single lead provider to deliver Specialised Pharmaceutical Logistics and Warehouse Services that support national vaccination and screening programmes. The appointed provider will manage the end to end supply chain, including storage, distribution, and deployment of all vaccine types to more than 11,000 frontline locations such as community pharmacies, GP practices, detained estates, and other healthcare settings. This procurement will replace the current contract and build on the logistics capability developed during the COVID 19 vaccination programme, which has enabled the delivery of over 150 million vaccines nationwide.
