Provision of planned night care support for people who are in the end of life stage of their illness. Delivered in their usual place of residence according to the needs of the individual patient and their families. Lot 1: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
