Direct Award for Security for Council Offices under Scotland Excel Security Services and Cash Collection (2322)

Tender description

The Council has an ongoing requirement for Security Services within their offices at Brandongate, Cambuslang Gate, East Kilbride Civic and South Vennel, Lanark. The duties of the post involves meeting the service user at the front door of the building and escorting them to their meeting place. An appointment sheet is provided by council services to allow verification of each service user. Lot 1: The Council has an ongoing requirement for Security Services within their offices at Brandongate, Cambuslang Gate, East Kilbride Civic and South Vennel, Lanark. The duties of the post involves meeting the service user at the front door of the building and escorting them to their meeting place. An appointment sheet is provided by council services to allow verification of each service user. South Lanarkshire Council had previously called-off from Scotland Excel Framework Agreement Security Services and Cash Collection (0719) on 01 April 2023 in order to fulfil this requirement. This current contract for Security Services for Council Offices is due to expire on 31 March 2025 (CRN SLC/PS/FINCOR/22/121) and requires to be renewed in order to cover this service
