Climate Action Summer Works Scheme 2026 Onwards - Consultancy Appointment to oversee the works on a Roof Replacement in Terence MacSwiney CC, Hollyhill, Cork T23DY01. Existing single storey building roofs (Built in 3 tiers with separate flat roofs) require replacement. Remove existing singly ply roof coverings finishes and rooflights and replacement of same. Allowances for new fall arrest system, parapet capping's/trims, flashings to upstands and junctions, drainage, insulation, fixtures and fittings.
