Tender description
As part of the next phase of properties being auctioned, we require legal packs to be prepared in order to meet the capital receipts programme for February. As our own Legal Team does not have capacity to pick this up internally, we are being asked to go externally. Both Bedford Borough Council and Robinson & Hall have had positive experiences with Woodfines and their ability to work to the required timelines to ensure the project does not slip. As such we would like to appoint them via waiver.
