Tender description

Redevelopment of a former car park into a 3 storey apartment blocks. 21 units will be provided with a mix of 3, 2 and 1 bed flats. The Contract is anticipated to be awarded around the 1st April 2026 with a start on site around 27th April 2026. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further period up to 6 months The maximum contract term will therefore be 1.5 years (18 months)
