Tender description

Full reinstatement valuation exercise required for all insurable stock (rented / leasehold / commercial, Inc. offices and retail units) per nominated stock listing. Service required for both upcoming insurance renewal and to support wider service charge project for independent verification of insured values against properties. Service to be provided would involve a desktop exercise to value majority of our stock, along with circa 95 'on-site' visits for larger blocks/schemes. ## Contract award
