Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (the “Council”) is seeking expressions of interest and information from providers for the proposed Bolton Civic Centre Town Hall and Museum Refurbishment Programme. Interested providers must be confident in their ability to deliver a range of a multi-phase restoration programme for two Grade II listed civic buildings. The works will retain the heritage value of the buildings while improving their operational efficiency. The project is informed by completed RIBA Stage 3 designs and an established project risk register. This document is issued as a market engagement exercise only. It is not a tender, not a pre-qualification exercise, and does not form part of a formal procurement process at this stage.
