The purpose of this Market Consultation document is to provide prospective candidates with background information on the intended nature, structure and scope of the Customer Communication Centre (CCC) project and to seek feedback that will help IÉ in developing its understanding of how the market might receive a procurement to undertake the detailed design, testing, integration and commissioning into service of an Integrated System Management Platform (ISMP) within the National Train Control Centre (NTCC).
