For a Horizon Europe collaborative research project called Borderlink, we have to purchase between 3 and 5 portable Raman spectrometers. To facilitate comparative analyses, each one must be from a different manufacturer, and between them they must be representative of those widely used by Customs authorities in the European Economic Area and/or associated countries including the United Kingdom.
