Tender description
Immediate requirement to carry out removal of hazardous asbestos containing roof cladding to LCC property in poor condition and posing a serious Health and Safety Risk and public liability. Removal works are necessary as conditions worsen and risk factor increases. The City Council has an obligation and duty of care under the Control of Asbestos Regulations CAR2012, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Building Safety Act 2022.
