Tender description

This Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice relates to the intended procurement of support and maintenance services for audio-visual (AV) equipment. The contract duration is to be for 24 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Lot 1: Support and Maintenance of AV Equipment at the Engine Shed in Stirling. The scope of the support contract will include: - Biannual preventative maintenance visits - Emergency callout service - RMA administration - Global helpdesk service
