The works comprise scaffolding elevations (top lift only), full roof refurbishment including new sarking and roof timbers, roof leadwork, liquid plastics at roof level including curved dormers, minor stone repairs and brick repointing, replacement downpipes and gutters, new soffits and fascia board and decoration to rear close windows externally and front Juliet balconies.
