Tender description
Complete Cat B refurbishment of the Learning and Development Centre (formerly the Training Block) at Warwickshire Police’s Leek Wootton site. The internal areas will be modified to provide new office, teaching and conference spaces. The tiered lecture theatre will be transformed into a multi-purpose function room with flexible seating arrangements and AV presentation equipment. DDA compliant access will be provided to all floors via the introduction of a platform lift.
