The extent of these works are confined to the replacement of cladding to the external walls and waterproof covering to the roof of the clubhouse. Tenderers should note that, at the time of issuing the Invitation To Tender documentation, no budget has yet been formally committed to the Dartford Football Club Roof Cladding works. There is therefore no guarantee of contract award at this time.
