Tender description

This is a local government agreement where we are subsidises a bus service that runs across into our County area. Without our additional contribution the service will run at a reduced service and may even not cover our County area leaving the County to procure our own services. So this is a contract to contribute to the Leicester City Council's current bus service to keep the service running through our County boundary.
