The provision will include accredited courses such as Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work (initial and refresher), Paediatric First Aid, and any specialist modules required to meet statutory and operational needs. The supplier must be able to provide: • Consistent availability to meet demand across the year • Accredited training aligned to current Health & Safety Executive (HSE) standards • Digital or physical certification and training records • High quality instruction suitable for a diverse workforce • Performance reporting, attendance data, and compliance support This procurement aims to ensure staff maintain the mandatory competencies necessary to support a safe working environment and regulatory compliance across all operational settings.
