The Association of North East Councils, trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO), in partnership with The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL), is awarding a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for Grounds Maintenance, Equipment & Plant for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom. The Framework provides Contracting Authorities across the United Kingdom with access to a wide range of grounds maintenance equipment, horticultural chemicals, agricultural and construction plant equipment, handheld tools, and the hire of equipment on either an operated or non-operated basis.
