Tender description

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the installation of new boilers and associated mechanical and electrical works at Hafan Deg, Temple Terrace, Lampeter. The works will include the removal of existing equipment, supply and installation of new energy-efficient boiler systems, associated pipework, controls and commissioning. The successful contractor will be required to deliver the works in accordance with all relevant legislation and industry standards, while minimising disruption to building users and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the project. The estimated duration of the contract will be 6 Weeks. Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yn ceisio penodi contractwr cymwys a phrofiadol addas i ymgymryd â gosod boeleri newydd a gwaith mecanyddol a thrydanol cysylltiedig yn Hafan Deg, Temple Terrace, Llanbedr Pont Steffan. Bydd y Gwaith yn cynnwys tynnu’r offer presennol, cyflenwi a gosod systemau boeleri newydd sy’n effeithlon o ran ynni, ynghyd â’r gwaith pibellau cysylltiedig, systemau rheoli a chomisiynu. Bydd yn ofynnol i’r contractwr llwyddiannus gyflawni’r gwaith yn unol â’r holl ddeddfwriaeth berthnasol a safonau’r diwydiant, gan leihau aflonyddwch i ddefnyddwyr yr adeilad gymaint â phosibl a sicrhau amgylchedd gwaith diogel drwy gydol y prosiect.
