Tender description

The Crematorium must remain operational throughout the programme. The works will therefore require careful planning, phasing, and coordination to ensure continuity of cremation services. The selected Contractor will enter into a long-term maintenance, servicing, and technical agreement of the cremation plant for up to 25 years, reflecting the anticipated lifecycle of the cremation plant. The maintenance contract will include break clauses at five-year intervals, exercisable at the Authority's discretion.
