Refurbishment of Community Hub roof and replacement fascias, barges and gutters with extension of existing fencing to yard. Refurbishment of Cory toilets and Railway toilets. Construction of new toilet block at Lawn's car park at Padstow, Cornwall. The works are due to be undertaken during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
