Kitchen & Bathroom Component Replacement Contract 2026/27 to 2028/29

Tender description

The works comprise the replacement of existing Kitchen & Bathrooms works to a selection of the Associations properties. Lot 1: The works comprise the replacement of existing Kitchens and Bathroom including plumbing, electrical, joinery and flooring works to a selection of the Associations properties (8 Bathroom (Mix of full b/rooms and Cloakrooms) and 90 Kitchens in year 1 but that will be the max spend of 449,166) the Year 1 works of the contract must be fully completed by 30 November 2026. Properties are as per the attached Address List and Specification. The Association reserve the right to offer one-off installs at voids or properties requiring a new Kitchen or Bathroom, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates and should be fast-tracked and installed within 7 days from survey. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 5 –10 per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract.. See ITT
