The aim of this contract is to improve the reliability, resilience, and performance of NHS Grampian’s Energy Centre at the Foresterhill Campus by strengthening operational management, maintenance arrangements, and staff capability, thereby reducing unplanned downtime and supporting safe, continuous energy supply across the campus.
