Tender description

The Leyton Cricket Pavilion building needs urgent repairs. The London Borough of Waltham Forest would like to appoint Marks Barfield Architects with the knowledge of the building and masterplan to extend our services from the Feasibility Study 2025 to complete RIBA Stages 3 and 4 and Tender to repair and improve the Leyton Cricket Pavilion, which can be delivered by the Council independently, and in alignment with the potential future wider programme for Leyton Sports Ground. The aim is to repair the building to avoid further deterioration and disrepair, and to anticipate safe public access to the building or part of the building in 2026 as meanwhile or interim use where appropriate.
