Th contract value stated is based on previous performance of this supplier.<br/>Services are to be provided between the following dates: 13.1.26 - 22.07.2027.<br/>This is a new service and a new provider. The provider is paid in line with the relevant unit prices for the activity delivered in accordance with the nationally mandated NHS Payment Scheme.
