Tender description

The Council required the appointment of a M&E Consultant to help develop the RIBA Stage 3 design package and potentially to progress the project through further RIBA stages. Due to the time-critical nature of the funding requirements, the Council made a direct award via the Constellia Neutral Vendor Framework in accordance with the framework terms.
