Interim project management and cost management support to the Council to help facilitate the emergency works required, following the main contractor going into administration on the site. Services included; - Interim PM support to cover outgoing Project Manager - Assistance with appointment of Contractor to undertake validation - Interface between Council and current Consultant team to obtain pertinent information - To work alongside appointed Contractor to produce a ‘cost to complete’ estimate for the works.
