Tender description

LBH is seeking and organisation which will act as Utilities Consultant on behalf of Hackney Council in the service disconnections and meters removals to 4 existing residential blocks (Kellett / Ray / Girling/ Fulcher House – 94 units) and Community Centre. The selected organisation will progress applications and provide assistance in the requirements and coordination of any electrical alterations to facilitate any temporary landlord requirements. They will review and submit applications for disconnection of all services to facilitate demolition of existing buildings.
