Tender description

The Council requires an NEC Housing Trainer to provide NEC Housing Management System training to staff employed by Renfrewshire Council including training needs analysis, devising and delivering training materials both in-person and virtually and evaluation and analysis of training delivered to staff until the Phase 1 Housing Management System is implemented and the system goes live. Lot 1: Call-Off Contract follows a procurement exercise conducted in accordance with the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement RM1557.14 Framework Schedule 5: Award Procedure and the RM1557.14 G-Cloud 14 Buyer Guide (Buyer Guide)
