The tender consists of 6 specialism Lots, of which each tenderer can apply for a Maximum of Two. The lots are as follows: Lot 1 (Fabric), Lot 2 (Electrical), Lot 3 (Mechanical), Lot 4 (Lifts), Lot 5 (Fire & Security), Lot 6 Asbestos.
