Aberdeen Sports Village is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of staff uniforms. The contract will include the supply of performance based uniform items such as t shirts in polo and round neck styles, mid layers including fleeces and hoodies, shorts, tracksuit bottoms in both tight and loose fit options, and leggings. Outerwear will include waterproof jackets and insulated cold weather jackets. Specialist items including aquatic long sleeve rash vests and dry robe style garments are also required. The supplier will be responsible for applying branding, providing an ordering system, and delivering goods to site. The contract will support approximately 200 staff across a range of roles. Lot 1: Aberdeen Sports Village requires a supplier to provide staff uniforms to support daily operations across its facilities. The contract includes the supply of non cotton performance t shirts in both polo and round neck styles, mid layers including fleeces and hoodies, shorts, tracksuit bottoms in both tight and loose fit options, and leggings. Outerwear includes waterproof rain jackets and insulated cold weather jackets. The contract also includes specialist items such as long sleeve aquatic rash vests and dry robe style garments suitable for poolside and outdoor use. The supplier will be responsible for applying branding through embroidery or print, maintaining consistent product quality, providing an ordering system, and delivering goods to site within agreed timescales.
