Tender description
Services required include cleaning of office, ancillary and custody areas at the relevant sites within the estate. In addition, crime scene cleaning is also required under the contract at sites across County Durham and Darlington on an ad hoc basis. A window cleaning and external canopy/signage service is also required routinely on a three times a year basis across the estate and ad hoc as requested. Rapid response call out is required for all services.
