Tender description

The Loughs Agency is proposing to carry out Instream and Riparian Improvement Works along the Culdaff River - 55°14'49.2"N 7°09'49.9"W to 55°15'08.5"N 7°10'26.3"W. The Instream Works consist of 2 works packages. The Riparian Works consist of 8 works packages. Please refer to the Scope of Works document for further information. (Note re: 'Related Public Works Contract' below: As a North South Implementation Body, Loughs Agency uses NEC4 for works contracts rather than OGP Public Works Contracts. The NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC) is being used for this project.)
