Tender description

The London Borough of Enfield (the "Authority") has awarded a contract to KEEGANS LIMITED via the Pretium Green Futures Partnership (GFP) Decarbonisation Delivery Framework - Lot 3e to provide: AS 2035-compliant retrofit services in support of the Authority's Warm Homes Social Housing Fund (Wave 3) programme. The appointed supplier will be required to provide a full suite of retrofit services, including coordination, assessment, design, advice and evaluation, alongside additional programme-level support such as technical consultancy, funding compliance reporting, post-occupancy evaluation, and resident engagement.
