EST Constr - Sligo University Hospital - T2 Transformer and Switchgear Replacement

Tender description

This project involves the provision of Upgraded Electrical Transfomer, Switchgear, Electrical Boards and associated wiring / containment within Existing ESB / Switch / Transformer rooms at Sligo University Hospital. The works will need to be completed in phased methodology to ensure continuation of electrical supply service to the Hospital. This involves phased install of New Equipment and strip-out of Old Equipment, as well as the provision of Temporary Containerized Generators to facilitate the change over. There are also builders enabling works largely in terms of reconfiguring openings to the rooms, forming deep recessed concrete floors, concrete floor trenches and a raised GRP floor grating system, as well as management of entirety of the scope of works.
