This opportunity is intended for both multidisciplinary consultants and SMEs with relevant experience in early development, technical, design and advisory services across the transport and infrastructure environment. The scope of services is expected to include, but is not limited to: Business case development. Transport data collection and surveys. Monitoring and evaluation. Fleet decarbonisation technical support. Stakeholder engagement and consultation. Architecture and placemaking services. Feasibility studies. Outline and detailed design. Specifications and cost estimates. Buildability and value engineering advice. Specialist technical support for infrastructure and asset management. Bus and train timetable and service analysis. Environmental management and assessment. TfW is engaging with the market to better understand supplier capability, delivery models and market appetite, and to help shape the most effective route to market for future requirements. The event is constructed in a co-design model, to support early market engagement, encourage meaningful dialogue with suppliers, and inform the development of a procurement approach that is practical, proportionate and attractive to the market.
