Tender description

The National Trust for Scotland wishes to undertake external fabric repair works at Hill of Tarvit Mansion House. The works comprise general building fabric and external structural repairs to an existing heritage property, including associated access, protection, temporary works and making good. The Contractor will be required to inspect and verify site conditions, provide all necessary labour, materials, plant and supervision, and carry out the works safely and carefully in accordance with the tender information, statutory requirements, relevant standards and good conservation practice.
