Tender description

The works consist of the construction of a carpark using gravel-filled plastic grid reinforcement pavers, a country-style footpath, re-grading works, fencing works and the rolling in of plastic grid reinforcement pavers to established grass areas. Sectional completion is required to allow the grass area to become established prior to the rolling in of the plastic grid reinforcement pavers. Lot 1: The works consist of the construction of a carpark using gravel-filled plastic grid reinforcement pavers, a country-style footpath, re-grading works, fencing works and the rolling in of plastic grid reinforcement pavers to established grass areas. This contract will be subject to sectional completion with the 16th October 2026 being the completion date for the whole of the works.
