Tender description

The Devon County Council (DCC) Joint Adults and Children's Systems (JACS) Programme was established in 2024 to transform Devon's social care case management and finance services.\r \r This will be achieved through the implementation of a new case management system following a public tender exercise to replace existing outdated systems, to connect teams and systems better, to promote service user independence through the use of client portals, and to realise improvements in market contract management and brokerage through increased visibility.\r \r DCC engaged a professional services provider for a Specialist Advisory and Delivery Programme Services that has experience of managing the implementation of System C's LiquidLogic solutions, providing the additional expertise and experience that is currently unavailable within the organisation.
