The scope of works will typically comprise the following: 11, 39 & 83 Waddell Court &12 Commercial Court - To provide mast climbers and structural scaffold. - To provide all fixings and accessories. - To provide all flashings and spandrel panels. - To provide a gateman throughout the works. - To provide a container, Heras & netting - To provide labour to carry out the works - To provide management for the works - Weekly scaffold checks Provide a contractors guarantee on the works on completion covering the gable ends of each block as well the facades. Maintain the existing product guarantee by using materials approved by the system manufacturer. Lot 1: New Gorbals Housing Association is seeking to enter into a Contract with a suitably experienced Contractor for the maintenance and subsequent guarantee of the cladding systems at 11, 39 & 83 Waddell Court and 12 Commercial Court Glasgow. Bidders are required to demonstrate experience of contracts of a similar nature.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
