Tender description

The work comprises the routine cleaning and disinfecting of common close areas. The contract duration is 36 months with the option to extend by a further 24 months on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback. Lot 1: The works comprise the routine cleaning and disinfection of common close areas to communal residential properties. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of then Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
