Tender description

The work comprises the routine cleaning and disinfecting of common close areas. The contract duration is 36 months with the option to extend by a further 24 months on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback. Lot 1: The works comprise the routine cleaning and disinfection of common close areas to communal residential properties.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of then Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
