Brief Description of Requirement Anchored In are the only organisation capable of delivering this particular evaluation exercise with the appropriate value to the UK. The nature of the evaluation requires a provider with a holistic overview of the whole development process, combined with an established network across the UK quantum stakeholders, and technical understanding. Because of this, Anchored In have been given previous similar awards and have a track record of delivering similar evaluation studies for the IUK Quantum team. ## Contract award
