Maintenance of Building Management System (Hospital and SC)

Tender description

NHS Golden Jubilee Board requires the provision of ongoing maintenance and support of existing Metasys Building Management System within main hospital building and surgical centre. Lot 1: In accordance with our interpretation of the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations, the National Waiting Times Centre Board (Golden Jubilee) intends to enter into a three year contract with Johnson Controls as the only supplier capable of meeting the Board’s requirements The requirement is specifically for the ongoing maintenance and support of the existing Metasys Building Management Systems installed within the main hospital building and the surgical centre. Johnson Controls is the original equipment manufacturer and system proprietor of the Metasys platform and is uniquely placed to provide specialist maintenance and software support.
