Tender description

This requirement supports a 12-month programme within Data Enablement to re-engineer and deliver data products using a Hub and Spoke model aligned to the DWP Data Strategy. Delivery will be through blended teams of DWP staff and partner specialists, with a strong emphasis on skills transfer and building sustainable internal capability. The supplier will support four live deliveries and develop new data products to DWP Gold Build standards, focusing initially on External and Cross-Benefit Data to meet analytical and citizen event needs. The work will embed a "data as a product" culture by deploying cloud-native productivity, collaboration, security, and governance capabilities via the Data Access Layer, enabling faster delivery, reduced risk, and compliance with data standards while supporting modern analytical tooling integration.
