Tender description

This contract will ensure continuous delivery against the three priority regeneration projects of Smithgate, St George's, and the Green Innovation Corridor (GIC). The contract for 2026-2027 delivers the requirement of the City Development Team for a multidisciplinary skillset reflecting the stages which each project has progressed to. This includes Development Advisory services to provide the necessary pace, structure, and market expertise; Commercial Management, engagement with developers and contract matters etc, as well as oversight and delivery of detailed, development-focused programmes for each project. The initial period is 1 April 2026 - 31 December 2026, with an optional extension from 1 January 2027 - 31 March 2027. The estimated value is for the full 12 month period. Call off from ESPO 664_25.
