Internal Alterations to provide Group Rooms & Hygiene Room. Refurbishment to include refurbishment of sub floor, redesigned spaces include new WCs flooring and decoration. To also include works to reconfigured external areas. Allow for new decking and steps to extend from existing landings. New tarmac and reseeding to turfed areas. New underground drainage associated with timber building. Note timber building will be constructed by others.
