Temporary Accommodation Open Framework

Tender description

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is seeking to engage with the market in advance of procuring a new Temporary Accommodation (TA) solution that supports the Council’s statutory homelessness duties and wider housing objectives. The Council intends to establish an open framework agreement for the provision of temporary accommodation, which will enable a broad range of suitable providers to apply and join the framework over its lifetime. This approach is designed to ensure flexibility, encourage ongoing market participation, and maintain a diverse and responsive supply of accommodation options that meet varying needs across the borough. We are keen to hear from providers on the questions published contained within the market engagement document on our e-tendering portal In-Tend .
