Tender description
Lisburn and Castlereagh city Council invites tenders for the provision of a full multi-disciplinary Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to deliver structural repair, roof over cladding and associated ancillary works at the Central Services Depot. The appointed ICT shall provide comprehensive professional consultancy services from project inception through completion and post-occupancy evaluation in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1–7. Your proposal MUST be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
