The specific work package includes / requires provision of the following; o Make the site safe to facilitate construction works o Remove and dispose of any existing materials o Complete all necessary site preparation, investigate and drainage works o Supply all materials and labour related to the construction of a new 2 storey clubhouse building, car parking area and external drainage works o Complete all decoration and fit out works o Confirm the works have been completed and provide safety file an warranties on completion of construction works o Complete all site wide works impacted or affected as a result of the works
